Having eaten in restaurants throughout Europe, imagine my surprise therefore, when, by chance, I find myself at the Royal Hotel, Cromarty, experiencing what one can only describe as eceptionally
fine cuisine. The food was created, cooked and presented in a way rarely, if ever, seen and taking the price into consideration puts it
into another dimension. The French have a saying for when something is very, very good, it is...."C'est royale",... I wonder if that's where they got it from!...absolutely delightful. Thanks.
