Double/Twin:  From £85 B&B (based on two people  sharing)
Family Room:  From £85 B&B.  Children 3 years and above £9.50 extra when sharing.

Both the bedroom and the bathroom have sea views and the bathroom features a massive free-standing double-ended bath. Hook the curtain back & enjoy the view of the Cromarty Firth & the glorious sunsets whilst you lie back and relax...

The Superior Room rate is £125.

All the above prices include a full Scottish breakfast.

Our check in time is 2pm and our departure time is  11am. We can offer flexibility with these times subject to advance notice.

All our bedrooms are Non Smoking and smoking is not permitted in any other part of the hotel.

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Credit Card details are required when booking. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in the full cost of the accommodation being charged if we are unable to re-let the room.
